Mobile Stabilization Point (Mobile Hospital) - a complex of five types of specialized vehicles for evacuation from the battlefield and provision of emergency medical aid as close as possible to the battle line. "Mobile hospital" consists of the following components:
1) Mobile operating room - created on the basis of a passenger bus and equipped with everything necessary to ensure the operation of three operating stations. The planned capacity is more than 20 wounded per day. The operating room has the following equipment:
- Bath for preparing the wounded
- Two couches for pre/post operative manipulations
- Operating table (with leg holders for operations in the groin area)
- Patient condition monitors
- Mechanical Ventilation
- Oxygen station
- Defibrillator
- Bactericidal air recirculators (disinfection of air and surfaces)
- Uninterruptible power supply system
- Air conditioner
- Electric water heater
Also, an important point is the anti-shatterproof armoured of the operation room (6-8 mm), which significantly increases the safety of patients and doctors!
2) "Car of the front edge" - a car with a powerful engine, the task of which is to evacuate the wounded directly from the contact line. For greater passability of such a car, the chassis will be completely replaced and a unique armoured low-profile body will be created, into which it will be equally easy to load a wounded person from the right/left or behind, for further delivery to the operating room. The body and the cab of the driver/paramedic are also armoured.
3) Two ambulances used to transport the wounded to inpatient hospitals after their stabilization. If necessary, cars and resources of other units can be involved.
4) A logistics car is a car that will deliver the main part of medicines, an additional source of electricity, fuel supplies and everything necessary.
5) Armoured camping - a converted truck in which doctors will be able to rest and take a shower after a hard shift in the operating room.
About 60% of non-renewable losses of personnel occur as a result of untimely medical care. The goal of the "Mobile Hospital" project is to reduce non-recoverable losses by placing an emergency aid point directly in the front-line area.
